New Ways

New Ways

For all those wonderful souls out there
who think I’ve lost the plot
I’ve traded in my new blue jeans
and they were all I’d got.
I sanctioned that I lose my shirt
my shoes and then my tie
and then, in tune with what had gone before
in to a new life style I did buy.
This life was full of happiness
and troubled me not a jot
so now I live life to the full
it’s the only one I’ve got.
